Zucchini "Fries"
Last night’s dinner was full of wins and losses. The FAIL came from forgetting to add the bacon we had cooked for our Greek-inspired feta-stuffed BLT burgers. We noticed it on the counter after we finished dinner - oops, though the burgers were still tasty. The win was a recipe for veggies in disguise in the form of Everyday Food’s Zucchini Fries. Goat Cheese, Tomato and Garlic Puff Pastry
On our way up to the Adirondacks, we stopped by Fat Toad Farm, a sweet little farm that makes goat cheeses and goat milk caramel that I found out about on the Vermont Cheese Trail website.
